Change of mind returns

We have a 7 day change-of-mind returns policy for all products except plants, books and other stationery, giving you 7 days after receiving your products to request and return. A swap return is where you return what you don't want, and order something you do want instead, to at least the same value.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind swap return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, brand new, un-opened, never used, in the original packaging with no packaging damage. Please get in touch within 2 days of receiving the product if you've changed your mind.

Always contact us first using the form on the Contact page (linked in the footer), to get your return approved. We'll send you the returns address. When your return's received, we'll check it's still 100% new. We'll then refund you in full for the product once we receive your replacement order. Refunds are processed the same day and usually show back on your credit card within 2 working days depending on your bank. Shipping is not refunded.


Order arrived damaged?

Luckily this is very rare, but if a product ever arrives damaged, please take photosĀ of the product and the packaging, keep everything, and email us the photos so we can make it right. Always contact us right away as we only have a short window to put a claim in with the courier.


Exceptions / non-returnable itemsĀ 

Perishable goods - including plants - cannot be returned. If anything goes wrong though, please do let us know right away so we can help put it right. Products bought on saleĀ cannot be returned unless there's a fault. Gift cardsĀ cannot be returned. We want to help if anything goes wrong. We always follow the Consumer Guarantees Act. Please do let us know.
