I haven't heard back from this supplier in a long time. I expect they are no longer operating sorry. Please don't wait for Groconut to be back in stock before you order! I'll leave the product live just in case, but realistically I don't think it'll be back in stock (either at all, or at least any time soon).
Groconut. By nature. For nature.
100% natural Groconut is an environmentally-friendly, vegan, organic alternative to synthetic rooting stimulants and growth boosters. You absolutely can use it by itself for a growth boost, but for the best results, mix-feed with your fertiliser.
Groconut also helps plants take in maximum nutrients. Superb for cuttings to get those roots growing. Encourages new growth of lateral buds. Stimulates cell growth for bigger, healthier, faster-growing leaves and roots.
Directions: 1 pouch makes up to 45 litres
Groconut is available in one size: 45 grams which makes up to 45 litres based on the lowest rate, when used as a foliar spray at 1/4 teaspoon per 1 litre of water. For applying as a soil drench when watering, use 1/2 a teaspoon per 1 litre of water and one pack will make up to 18 litres. For propagation use 1 teaspoon per litre and one pack makes up to 9 litres.
Made from coconut water
Groconut is made from fresh, naturally nutrient-rich coconut water, from young coconuts, in a concentrated horticultural powder formula. Use Groconut for propagation, transplanting, as a growth booster for roots and leaves, or in every water for general maintenance. Alter dosage to suit use (see directions above).
Why is Groconut different?
You might have seen horticultural coconut powder (which is usually spray-dried), and coconut powder made for human health (which is often pasteurized). Two reasons Groconut is different is because it's freeze-dried and is not pasteurized. Although freeze-drying costs more to produce, it's widely considered superior in food processing because it retains more of the original nutrients from the coconut water. That means more benefits for our plants :)
Important
Keep it cool: Groconut is best kept sealed, in the fridge.
Keep it dry: Be careful. Groconut loves water! If water gets in, it'll turn into a solid. You can still use it, but it won't be as effective, so keep it dry. Keep sealed when not in use. Keep in the fridge. Only use a dry teaspoon every scoop.
Why it 'stops working'
Bam! Crazy growth. Then nothing? The short answer is that Groconut doesn't 'stop' working, but the reason you might get an immediate boost in growth, then find things slow down after a while, is not because of Groconut. It's normally because you're not feeding.
To fuel that rapid growth boost, your plants will use up their stores of nutrients from itself and from the soil. Groconut is not a complete & balanced plant food, it's a growth booster, so don't stop feeding your usual food!
If you don't already have a go-to plant food, the most popular combo customers get together is Plant Runner Indoor Plant Food (also recommended by Groconut). If you don't replenish those vital nutrients, instead of growth you can end up with deficiencies. For best results, I highly recommend mix-feeding.
